Building Trust

How was your first experience meeting with a wealth manager? Mine began with 20 minutes of a stranger asking me detailed, personal questions about my assets and income. About information I don’t share with anyone besides my spouse. And all of this information was “necessary” in order for him to provide me with advice and recommendations. (Really, I think it was “necessary” so the advisor could decide quickly whether I could become an account that was worth spending time on.) The stranger was nice, knowledgeable and seemed trustworthy, but I still remember thinking, “there has to be a better way.”

At Servant Capital Advisors, our first meeting is different. I won’t ask a lot of questions about your financial condition. I will just tell you about my approach to see if it is a good fit. I do this because my approach is unique. I charge a low, flat fee; as a fiduciary, I always put clients’ interests first; I strive for transparency and alignment of interest (I don’t sell products, and I only recommend strategies I am invested in myself); and I ask clients to make charitable giving a meaningful part of their financial plan.

Please reach out to schedule an initial meeting to learn more. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you. “Serve one another humbly with love.” – Galatians 5:13
